Kleeb Statement on Tax Day

Hastings, NE - US Senate candidate Scott Kleeb released the following statement today.

"Today, hard working Nebraskans will file their tax returns. On average, they'll pay a little over $13,000 to the federal government. That's a lot of money, and the government needs to spend that money in a way that better reflects our Nebraska values."

Yesterday, Third Way, a non-partisan think tank, released an itemized receipt for the typical taxpayer¹ that laid bare the Bush Administration's misguided priorities. In the coming weeks, Kleeb will highlight examples of federal spending that are out of step with Nebraska values and share his vision for restoring our values in Washington.
